Through an evidence-based mentoring program and innovative mobile training units, Florida Mentoring delivers transformative experiences that strengthen essential life and career skills, build confidence, and help youth realize their fullest potential.

We aim to empower youth who lack consistent adult support by providing them with opportunities for personal growth and essential skills for thriving in trade careers or innovation fields.

How to Become A Volunteer

When you mentor a youth, you change two lives. If you would like to join us as a volunteer mentor please complete the Florida Mentoring Network Mentor Application and someone will reach out to you on the next steps. Please note that all mentors must complete a Level 2 background check before a match.
